Focus: Roots, relationships, and reputation.
Second Year
Goal: Secure your foundation and uncover your unique voice.
Focus: Discovery, glow-up, identity.
Third Year
Goal: Create a vision and plan for life after college, then let's go get it!
Focus: Future strategy, mentorship, alignment.
Fourth Year
Goal: Land the plane — transition into your professional career.
Focus: Auditions, applications, networking, outcomes.
