TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR FULL-TIME TRAINING PROGRAM (2026-2027)

Welcome to TDA Prep’s Full-Time Training Program! By enrolling in the Full-Time Training Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Throughout this document, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Dance Artists Prep, LLC, and “you” and “your” pertain to members of the Full-Time Training Program.

Program Overview

The Full-Time Training Program is our most comprehensive offering, providing elite in-person training and education for serious pre-professional dancers. The program runs from September through May.

Enrollment Deposit Terms

The enrollment deposit for the Full-Time Training Program (2026-2027) is $250. By submitting your enrollment deposit, you are securing your dancer's spot in the program. The enrollment deposit is non-refundable should you later decide that you no longer wish to be a part of the program.

Program Schedule and Benefits

As a member of the Full-Time Training Program, you will receive access to:

- Weekly dance classes held Monday through Thursday from 5:00 PM – 9:15 PM
- All Training Weekends throughout the school year.
- Ongoing Evaluations throughout the school year to monitor growth and guide development

Additionally, you can access the following add-ons at an extra cost:

- Private Lessons
- Solo/Choreography

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your Full-Time Training Program membership at any point during the school year, you must contact our Director of Family Engagement, Heath Gustafson, at heath@tdaprep.com. No refunds will be provided for any enrollment deposit already paid. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to the program and its benefits.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification via email. Your continued participation in the Full-Time Training Program constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

We recommend a contemporary or classical solo that highlights the dancer’s abilities. Performance or rehearsal videos are accepted. If the dance is showcased on social media, profiles may be provided as an alternative.
