Dance Competition Guidelines

Dancers enrolled in the Full-Time Training Program are welcome to compete under the The Dance Artist Prep studio name. TDA Prep will handle all competition registration for the following conventions/competitions:

New York City Dance Alliance (Regional events & Nationals)

Please note that while TDA Prep will handle the registration process on your behalf, families are responsible for all competition registration fees. Once your dancer's competition registrations have been finalized and confirmed, TDA Prep will invoice your family for the applicable registration costs.

Dancers competing under the TDA Prep studio name are required to participate in at least one of the two monthly Solo Sessions.

Participation in Solo Sessions is $150 per month, which will be automatically added to the dancer’s monthly tuition.
