TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR COLLEGE CANDIDATE PROGRAM (CLASS OF 2027)

Welcome to TDA Prep’s College Candidate Program! By enrolling in the College Candidate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Throughout this document, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Dance Artists Prep, LLC, and “you” and “your” pertain to members of the College Candidate Program.

Program Overview

The College Candidate Program is a college prep program designed for dancers looking to continue their dance education and training at a college, university, or conservatory. It offers training, mentorship, and comprehensive college preparation running from August to May.

Enrollment Deposit Terms

The enrollment deposit for the College Candidate Program (Class of 2027) is $400. By submitting your enrollment deposit, you are securing your dancer's spot in the program. The enrollment deposit is non-refundable should you later decide that you no longer wish to be a part of the program.

Program Benefits

As a member of the College Candidate Program, you will receive access to the following:

- College Prep Classes
- Pre-Recorded Masterclasses
- Office Hour Meetings throughout the school year
- College Candidate Workspace
- Access to Training Weekends (2026-2027)
- College Signing Day Weekend (April 23-25, 2027)

Additionally, you can access the following add-ons at an extra cost:

- Private Lessons
- Pre-Screen Recording
- Solo/Choreography

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your College Candidate Program membership at any point during the school year, you must contact our Director of Family Engagement, Heath Gustafson, at heath@tdaprep.com. No refunds will be provided for any enrollment deposit already paid. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to the program and its benefits.

No Guarantee of College Acceptance

By joining the College Candidate Program, TDA Prep makes no guarantees that your dancer will be accepted to any schools. This program is designed to support and enhance your dancer’s preparation and application process, but acceptance into any college or university is not assured.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification via email. Your continued participation in the College Candidate Program constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

We recommend a contemporary or classical solo that highlights the dancer’s abilities. Performance or rehearsal videos are accepted. If the dance is showcased on social media, profiles may be provided as an alternative.
